New ST elevation > or = 0.1 mV at the J point in two contiguous leads Except for V2-V3
In V2-V3
> or = 0.15 mV in women
> or = 0.2 mv in men > or = 40 years
> or = 0.15 mv in Men < 40 years
Lead aVR - The “Forgotten” Lead
aVR - ST elevation in this lead can indicate proximal LAD or left main coronary obstruction
Mobitz type I - block is at AV node
Mobitz type II - block is below AV node usually within the His-Purkinje system
in this lead can indicate proximal LAD or left main coronary obstruction
